new patched TOJ client

new patched TOJ client is ready.

changes:

• changes address of replay server to make replays work
• changes some urls for browser viewports in client to point to TOP server
• links that open from client now point to TOP server
• change in room chat character limit
• have better default tuning presets and tuning is free
• updated launcher included
• few minor fixes in english patch
• new default room names in english patch

this version comes with two config file versions. Since tuning is free when you use this version, it's recommended to use one of this config files and choose preset in in-game tuning menu. If you want to use own DAS patch be sure version in your config file is 3000, like this:

are we going to have to redownload the entire client every time there are updates? I'm willing to do it but i'm just wondering if there are alternatives.

of course not, if client will be frequently updated then i will add some soft of auto-update thing, but i'm not planning any more client updates for now.

Wow, Wojtek!! The new client is so good, especially because you can watch replays ingame.
Please keep up the fantastic work, but take your time considering you are doing this alone!
