settings being saved, and the shop

Hi!
I have an issue where every time I close TOP, all of my settings are reset, including volume and controls.
I have the additional issue of not being able to purchase things from the shop as it says I can't get more than 1000 of any item despite never purchasing one.

for saving settings, you need to run the game as administrator, so it can access the windows registry where it saves its settings.
about the shop, it's just been made all free, so there's no need to purchase something at all.
