Feature request: chat bot for command/announcement

just a "bot" in everyone's buddy list, like a console, people can recieve information posted by wojtek, and request help for commands, rules, etc by sending something to the bot.

and those place holders lol, hope it can be changed ASAP, i'll do if i can help.

i want to place nullpomino and top forum banners on main menu ad space. and another nullpomino banner in single player results ad space. gif will make those banners i believe.
