Tetris Points

I wanted to upgrade DAS settings, but I don't have enough TP. I have to play a ton of games to earn TPs ? I thought in TOP upgrades were free

because technical reasons (update costs are coded in client) you have to get new version: http://tetrisonline.pl/top/download.php
