Arcade stick stop working in TOP

Hello.

I play a lot last days on top.
And today, my arcade stick (quanba q4raf) has stop being recognized in the game.
I got Win8.1 and so far everything was perfect. I just plug my stick and hit play and it was recognized. But not anymore.
Can someone help me please ?

I tried other games (ggpo, sfIV) and it work well..
