Tetris online poland.. offline?

Is there ANY way to play TOP offline? It is by far the best looking game that exists or is there a game that looks just as good? btw NullPoMino does not exactly look the best :/ and there doesn't seem like a way to edit the gui

there is no way to play offline. there is game that looks as good as TOP or even better, called Hangame Tetris, but it is online only too.
