Will the game receive more updates?

The last changelog in this post: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10&start=10 was posted in 2013, we are in 2016.
Do you plan to update the game or add new features? Or the game don't need it?
A good idea can be adding resolutions to see the game better in fullscreen.
Or maybe more languages to the game like spanish. (I can help translating it)

PD: A fast question about decorations. All the items have 1000 uses, what happen when you spend the 1000? The skin of a block (for example) will get unusable or you can reload the uses with something?

I don't plan any more updates, unless some critical fixes are needed.

Count of items show 1000, but they are unlimited.
