TOP Multiplayer Room Suggestions

I'm not sure if this is already on the roadmap, however, I feel that I and a bunch others would like to see these features added towards the Multiplayer Room options.

- Spectator Support (along with the ability to disallow spectators)
- Rank Filtering (only allow a specific Level or above to join a room)
- Disable Solid Garbage (private rooms only)
- Settings for Garbage Messiness and Difficulty
- Connection Throttling (only permit players with a good enough connection to join)
- No-Offset Garbage (for those OG puyo players)
- Settings for AI Players
- Sprint Battles (first to 20/40/100 lines)
