This may be helpful to some people. I broke down the following tetris game to show where the player made mistakes.

(Time) - (Comments)
0:47 - There is a better way without using I piece: http://tinyurl.com/3ehbj3g
0:50-55 - Good
0:59 - Missed T-spin
1:24 - Placing the T there caused the loss. The stack is too bumpy. Place S and then clear the lines normally instead.
1:28 - Downstack!
1:54 - Don't think so long!
2:00 - I would have done this: http://tinyurl.com/3eh5e68. There are O blocks coming up but you're making the field more bumpy.
2:06 - Clearing the lines with J is bad. The stack will become bumpy. Here is the best move: http://tinyurl.com/3jvqcog
2:09 - Bad placement of S, field too bumpy: http://tinyurl.com/3oj8qa9
2:18 - (http://tinyurl.com/3jjcscm) It's more important to go down than to stack perfectly.
2:45 - Placing the J there is ok (http://tinyurl.com/3g8cjy8). But you have to use previews well. If you keep it flat (http://tinyurl.com/3syhkff) it is much easier to place your pieces.
3:35 - Placing the O there is really bad. I won't make a fumen
because it's a complicated position... there are a lot of possible options.

If anyone wants me to critique their TOJ play, post a 1-2 min video here.
