I'm also having that problem... I picked up the game a few days ago, and sadly I can't play it anymore for now. I hope issues are resolved in a week or so

Hey, so I ended up making a new account and it works... Maybe they restored a security copy of the database made a few weeks ago and our users were not there, I don't know.
