This is farter's TOP Launcher plus, which supports modifying DAS sensitivity and speed to whatever you like.
Usage: Download it and extract it to your TOP's directory (eg. "D:\games\TO-P_CHS_04\"), and start Launcher.exe.
This version supports switching language. By default the language is the one shown above, and you can change it by clicking the language button on the upper right corner.

这是farter版TOP加强版启动器，支持直接更改DAS速度、灵敏度为你想要的任何值，让高手们得到最佳的发挥。
使用方法：下载这个压缩包并解压到你的TOP安装目录（如"D:\games\TO-P_CHS_04\"），然后打开Launcher.exe。
