BUG: server crash problems [fixed]

you may noticed in last few days server crash more than it used to. I had few issues with both hosting provider and some bug discovered in game server. sorry for any inconvenience. fixed version will be uploaded tonight.

edit: it will still happens sometimes, nothing i can do about it for now

edit2: it was all because machine running out of ram (apache server was using all all available memory at peaks.
